My Journey To Financial Recovery – It’s Time To Turn My Life Around
Today marks my 49th birthday! After many attempts to make my personal finance to improve, the more trials I’ve gone through. I finally realize, I am on a financial disaster. I am broke and turned upside down! It is indeed a hard lesson to learn.
What hurts the most is that my family is about to break. Coping up with my financial problem, I don’t have time to spend with my family. I let my family in the open and was attacked by a wolf pretending to be a sheep. My life was devastated, my marriage is hanging in a single thread. The people I tried to care about spiritually are the same people who will bring damage to me and my family. I choose to keep my family, pick up the ruins and rebuild again from the scratch.
When you’ve lost everything, you will have no fear of anything.
It’s not easy to have no money. How pity it is that I don’t even have money to pay for my train to go serve my God. And much worse, if I cheat my train fare to go to my church. How can I say that I am blessed? The abundance of the blessings does not manifest in my life! I see myself standing in a crossroad figuring out where to go.
After many struggles, I realize that it is easier to do good things if you have the means and resources. And having money enough for you to do the things you love that will make you happy and the people you care about is one of those things essential things just like the air you breath in. This is where I will start my recovery – financially. Jim Rohn says, “If you can solve your money problem, you can solve your other problems in style.”
So with my decision to turn my life around, I decided to write posts on this blog regarding my quest to my financial freedom. These articles will be the record of my researches and my activities that will serve as my guide to my quest to financial recovery. I will create a game plan that I will put into writing so that I can go over and review from time to time to check if I am on the right track.
The best moment in your life is when you are watching things fall into the right places at the right time after watching them fall apart.
There is no other way now other than to stand up and fight a good fight. I will climb my mountain. No matter how high it is, you will soon see me at the top waving the flag of success or dead on the side from trying.
Join me with my journey. This may not be easy, but I will…until.
