Be Patient and Let The Process Take Care of Itself
A man prayed to God for a flower, he was given a thorny cactus. He was so disappointed.
He again prayed for a butterfly, he was given a caterpillar. This time, the man was in rage.
But after few days, he was amazed of what he saw. Beautiful flowers blossomed from the cactus. He noticed a bright-colored butterfly making circles around the flower.
Finally, the man found joy in his heart.
How this story applies in my life?
I was so disappointed.
Two years after my decision to recover from my financial disaster, I’m back to where I was; even much more.
The moral of the story
The moral of the story is that whatever comes into our lives, there is something good about it. We only have to realize the reasons why it happened anyway. Be it because of a sinful lifestyle; or simply a test of your faith. God sends hailstorm to both good and bad. It’s not what happens that matters; it’s what you do with what happens that matters.
Dahil sa failure na nangyari sa akin, I accepted the happening and took the responsibility of my actions or inactions. I put myself into acquiring specific knowledge in the areas where I failed and took massive action.
And while I do my part, I have an unwavering faith and strong belief that God is doing His part in fulfilling my prayers.
I came to understand that no matter how grim the situation that will come to my life, there is a message being relayed to me. I have to be grateful no matter the situation, the best thing is that I am still alive. What I have to do is to take action, and wait patiently for the process.
Just as all things, God will bring it to pass.
I hold on tight to what Apostle Paul says:
“The temptations in your life are no different from what others experience. And God is faithful. He will not allow the temptation to be more than you can stand. When you are tempted, He will show you a way out so that you can endure.” – 1Corinthians 10:13 (NLT)
I will do my part, God will do His part.
