The more you exercise, the more feats your body will be capable of. Having a healthy body lets you do harder or more complicated things with ease. The more you read, the broader your knowledge will be. Having a broad knowledge gives you an advantage, because this gives you the wisdom for handling different situations. Even the ones you have never encountered before.
