How a Real Estate Agent Can Help His Prospects?
I stopped by at a real estate office near my home to check how I can make a deal with them for my network marketing business.
Here’s my idea how I can help the salesman to create future sales and also help his clients to find ways how to get extra income to pay for their mortgage.
It’s evident that if there is no closed sale, there is no commission earned. So I asked him, “What is the main reason why a potential client can’t make the decision to buy?” He told me that the very first reason is that they cannot qualify for the bank loan. That means the potential buyer is not earning enough money to qualify for a loan.
So I said to him that I have a plan that might be helpful. I told him that for now, maybe this won’t help the potential buyer to qualify. But it might put them in position to qualify in a few months. Then I asked him if it would that be okay to creating something like a partnership that will help his potential clients.
He said that it would be okay. He said that a potential sale in a few months is better than no sale at all from these visiting prospects.
So I showed him the plan.
Let’s say that your potential client doesn’t have enough income to qualify for the monthly payments, or not enough money for the down payment, or needs a few more dollars every month to clear up some past credit problems. If this is the case, you say to the potential client like this:
“I have a friend named JUN PASION. He is a pretty good guy. You would like him. He helps people earn some extra money each month by starting their own part-time business. This might give you enough extra money to qualify for the house of your dreams. Here is his telephone number. Give him a call. He is a busy guy, but you will enjoy talking with him. I will make sure to give him your telephone number the next time we are together, just in case you were not able to reach him.”
If the potential client is interested to qualify in realizing his goal, he will contact me. I will then guide him in creating a network marketing part-time business. The real estate agent might make a sale to this prospect in a few months when the prospect starts earning more money. So this is a win-win situation. The real estate agent showed his concern to his potential client; and I show my concern to the potential client in helping him to earn extra income so that he can make his goal into reality.
I told real estate agent that this will be helpful as well with his clients who are having problem with their monthly payments. He can refer them to me using the same introduction so that we can help them to earn extra income to make their monthly payment.
The real estate agent agreed. Now I have to wait for his referrals of people that I will help to earn extra income.
